What are unspoken truths that we inherently know when someone loves us? What needs to be said before it’s too late?

Mary and her only daughter, Sarah, have been each other's whole world for Sarah's entire life. Now that Sarah is married, she dreams of having a child, and watching Mary become the perfect grandmother. A curveball is thrown their way when Sarah is expecting her first baby, but Mary receives a terminal diagnosis and is given a few months to live. The two of them are confronted with the spoken and unspoken things that need to be said between loved ones when confronted with loss.
